1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VizForge.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

VizForge.ai is an AI-powered platform that generates Power BI custom visual source code and .pbiviz packages from natural language descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce TypeScript, D3.js, and related code files compatible with the Power BI custom visuals SDK.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information.

4. Ownership of Generated Output

All output generated by VizForge.ai, including source code files (visual.ts, settings.ts, style.less, capabilities.json) and compiled .pbiviz packages, is assigned to and owned by you, the User. VizForge.ai makes no claim of ownership over generated output. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially deploy generated visuals without restriction.

Generated code uses the Power BI Visuals SDK (powerbi-visuals-api), which is licensed under the MIT License by Microsoft Corporation. You must include the MIT license notice when distributing generated visuals that incorporate this SDK.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate malicious code or visuals designed to exploit vulnerabilities; (b) misrepresent generated visuals as officially certified by Microsoft unless they have completed the AppSource certification process; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models; (d) abuse the Service through automated bulk generation intended to overload systems.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated code is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as-is" without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While our AI validation pipeline checks for common issues, we do not guarantee that generated visuals will be error-free, perform optimally, or meet AppSource certification requirements. You are responsible for testing and validating generated visuals before deployment in production environments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizForge.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service or generated output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to VizForge.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Trademarks

Microsoft, Power BI, and the Power BI logo are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. VizForge.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. References to Power BI are made solely to describe the compatibility of our Service with the Power BI platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but you retain ownership of all previously generated visuals.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VizForge.ai operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
